Mini Egg Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup browned butter, melted and cooled.
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cornstarch
2 1/2 cups chocolate chips and mini eggs
Steps
1. Mix butter and sugar until combined.
2. Add syrup and vanilla and mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients minus the chocolate chips.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and combine. Don't overmix.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Chill dough for at least 30 minutes for best results. This step is important.
6. Preheat oven to 350. Roll dough into balls and bake on lined cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
